We are a collaboration of agencies that provide relief to the homeless in Baltimore County, from shelter to eviction prevention to permanent housing. Together we review the information and decisions that influence our Continuum of Care (COC). Continuum of Care is basically HUD jargon meaning a HUD jurisdiction.

We are a collaboration of agencies that provide relief to the homeless in Baltimore County, from shelter to eviction prevention to permanent housing. Together we review the information and decisions that influence our Continuum of Care (COC). Continuum of Care is basically HUD jargon meaning a HUD jurisdiction.
Input from the Roundtable makes better county-wide systems by coordinating homelessness data, managing housing opportunities, managing funding options, and spreading the word about the many participating programs, creating a united effort to battle homelessness.
We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 9:30am via WebEx. Registration is not required to attend our meetings.

A Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is a software application designed to record and store client-level information on the characteristics and service needs of homeless persons throughout a Continuum of Care (CoC).
An HMIS is typically a web-based software application that homeless assistance providers use to coordinate service provision, manage their operations, and better serve their clients. Our HMIS implementation encompasses Baltimore County.
An HMIS knits together homeless assistance providers within a community and creates a more coordinated and effective housing and service delivery system. Visit Team HMIS for support requests, resources, forms, manuals, reports, trainings, etc.

Subcommittees create the tools and execute the processes for our CoC. See below:
- Coordinated Entry: manages CoC-wide intake and referrals
- Data Management: oversees data, policies, analysis, etc.
- Ending Vets Homelessness: attempts to house homeless veterans in 90 days or less
- Executive: votes on CoC decisions
- Housing: reviews and makes tools fo
